Coldwell Banker Realty Connections partnered with Updater, an easy-to-use portal to help you update accounts and records with your new address, forward mail, set up utilities, access preferred providers and more. You will also have access to valuable discounts on services you need when moving. All at no cost to you!
If you are a current client of Coldwell Banker Realty in Arizona, you will automatically receive an email invitation to utilize Updater approximately two weeks before your close of escrow. Be sure to check with your independent sales associate that the invitation is on its way.
If you are a Coldwell Banker Realty independent sales associate, your active clients will automatically receive an invitation approximately two weeks before closing to access the Updater resources unless you have opted them out of the program (by saying so in the email you are sent asking) or you did not provide us with an email for them when turning in your sales transaction sheet. If your client did not get an invitation and you would like for them to get one, go to Desk and click your Updater app (if you do not see one, you can add it in through choosing ‘add app’ and you will see it). After clicking the app, it will take you to your personalized Updater portal; once there, you can click ‘Send Invite’ at the top of your screen and enter in your client’s information for them to be sent an invite.
If you are a Coldwell Banker Realty past client, please see form below and register with the name of the independent real estate agent you worked with in the past and you will receive an invitation to access the resources and discounts.
